Goals

I like to set numerous mini goals for myself. Right now I am setting the following types of goals: one specific to weight lost, one specific to body fat, one diet/fitness specific, one related to overall inches lost, and one related to reduction of specific body areas. It may seem like overkill and some of my rewards are things that I really need anyway, like new workout clothes, but I think it works for me.
