The one day gain

My 2 pound gain appears to be a one day event.   I was at 218 Sunday, 220, Monday, 218 Tuesday, and at 217.6 today.   But who’s counting?



  1. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I agree with your comment. I’ve read enough about strength training to know what it does and doesn’t do, and its benefits, I just haven’t read the how-to stuff.

    You’ve had an amazing loss in a short period of time. Congrats! Especially with all the stress you’ve endured at work. I’m sorry about that–ugh.

    I weigh daily as I assume you do, and my weight flucuates. It didn’t when I was younger, but now I can easily go up 1 1/2 pounds and down 1 1/2 the next day. Strange how that happends. Interesting, though.

  2. Good for you for not freaking out because of the temporary gain. When I started losing weight a few months ago if I saw a gain I felt like crying, even when it could be easily explained by a higher intake of sodium the day before, or any other reason. Good luck continuing with your weight loss!

  4. Yeah, those temp gains are nothing to fret about. The latest weight is awesome!
