Week 8 Weigh In

I lost another 3 pounds this week!   I’m actually pretty surprised — I was only expecting to lose a pound.   I really was only able to exercise three times this week (instead of the five days plus one day of low impact cardio that I have been trying to do) and my calories were towards the top of my range.   I also meet two of my goals — losing 25 pounds and losing 10 inches!

I am concerned however that I am losing lean body mass in addition to fat since my body fat percentage has remained the same over the last 10 pounds.  

I updated my stats and my goals .

  1. WOW congrats on your weekly loss!
    Do be careful if you’re losing your lean body mass though, because your metabolism could be going down… Are you eating enough calories? hmm


    • I am — between 1200 and 1600 – but usually averaging around 1500. I have also been doing weight exercises. I am going to give it another week or so and see if the body fat percent goes down.
