July 4th Goal/Challenge

I am challenging myself to lose an additional 7% of my body weight by July 4.  I will need to get down to 221.4 for this to happen.  

Let me know if you are interested in joining this challenge.   We can post our progress together.

    • Hi Sheryl,
      My challenge is really weight-motivated. I am going to stick with my plan – 1,200 to 1,600 calories per day, focusing on eating unprocessed, organic (when possible and as necessary), and healthy food. I am going to exercise 6 days a week (4-5 days at moderate/high intensity, 1-2 days at lower intensity).

      In order to reach the calorie burn I need to reach my goal, I need to lose just under 3 pounds a week. I believe I can do this by staying within plan and upping my workouts. I may tweak the plan as I go, depending on my results.


  4. I will join your 4th challenge! I want to drop 10 lbs/2lbs a week. I can give my starting weight tomorrow…or tell me how you want to work this 🙂
