The scale

I should not weigh-in every day.   But I pretty much do.  What I did this week was skip weighing in on Tuesday, pat myself on the back for my self-restraint, and continue to weigh myself yesterday and today.  

But the scale has not moved.  In fact I am even up .4 pound.   And while logically I know this is normal, my mind is protesting that I calculated a calorie burn since monday of over 5,000 calories and why have I not lost that.   I am (unreasonably) frustrated.
