My Stats

Beginning Weight: 254 lbs, body fat unknown (did not have the wonderful Tanita Scale at that time)

End of Week 1: 252.8 lbs (loss of 1.2 lbs); 51.5% body fat  

After 4 days of SBD: 248.8 lbs, 50% body fat.

Total lost since April 20: 5.2 lbs, 1.5% body fat

I am trying to figure out how to have a separate link for stats — does anyone know how to do that?   I would like to track my weight, measurements, and body fat percentage in a separate link and I am extremely unsavvy with tech stuff.
